STEP 1: MEET ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

All applicants must be beyond the age of 16.​

All applicants must provide a copy of a High School diploma or equivalency (G.E.D.). If you are beyond the age of 16, but do not have a High School diploma or equivalency (G.E.D.), you may still be eligible for enrollment by completing an "Ability to Benefit" exam.

STEP 2: PAY REQUIRED PRE-ENROLLMENT FEES

All applicants must pay a $25.00 Enrollment Fee and a $75.00 non-refundable Registration Fee at the time of enrollment. To get started, please click the "PAY NOW" button below. You will be redirected to our online payment portal.
STEP 3: SUBMIT AN ENROLLMENT APPLICATION
Finally, complete an Enrollment Application. Please follow the instructions below:

Click the "APPLICATION" button to access our fillable PDF Form.

NOT ALL browsers support the embedded "submit" button on the PDF form, Therefore, we recommend that you first download the form to your device.

Save the form onto your device and be sure to title the application using YOUR FULL NAME.

Complete the fillable form and click the "submit" button. An email window will open for you to email your completed application directly to fidbeacc@gmail.com
STEP 4: UPLOAD YOUR SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
Please use our "Virtual Assistant" to upload a copy of your photo I.D. to verify that you meet our age requirement. And a copy of your high school diploma or equivalent documentation.

Your application will be reviewed by the school promptly to verify your information and to render its decision regarding your acceptance. If an applicant is not accepted for any reason, all fees paid to the school shall be refunded, except for the $75.00 non-refundable registration fee.
